New York State MyBenefits
The New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance provides an online resource filled with information about programs and services. MyBenefits is the fast and easy way to find out about health and human services programs as well as how to apply for them. The following tools are available for your use.
By entering basic information about your family, money, and bills you can check your eligibility for a number of different programs. The programs include special tax credits, home energy assistance, prescription drug insurance coverage for seniors, help with buying food, WIC (Women, Infants and Children), various health insurance programs as well as temporary assistance.
Online applications, office locations, and other information needed to apply for benefits is also available. After answering basic questions about where you live a list of ways to apply for benefits will be generated so you can choose the best option for you.
Check Your Account
Customers with EBT Food Stamps and/or Cash Accounts may now access their account information via the internet. Available up-to-date information includes your account balance, account activity, ATM locator service, pin changes, customer service message center and NYC message center.
