Albany Community Action Partnership (ACAP) will be holding a Spring Carnival at Van Schaick Park in Cohoes, NY on May 14-16.  The event will benefit ACAP’s Head Start Home-Based program.  Through ACAP's Head Start Home-Based program, trained educators work with low-income children, ages three to five, in their homes to help parents understand their children's growth and development needs; to equip parents with the skills to effectively teach their children; and to foster positive parent/child interaction and relationships.

  Saturday, May 15, 12pm-11pm

Sunday, May 16, 12pm-5pm; Sunday Special: $10 All-Day Wrist Band
